Lancea Konsult
A rebuilt website for a SYSPRO ERP partner selling to South Africa and the UK, with a clear page for every solution and a simple way to publish their thinking.
This is Lancea's live website, running in the frame. Browse the solution pages and the white-paper library as a buyer would.
The brief
Lancea implements and supports SYSPRO ERP for manufacturers, supply chain and logistics businesses, alongside a growing family of add-on products. Their previous site ran on WordPress.
They needed each solution explained on its own terms for four very different buyers: the CEO, the operations lead, the CFO and the IT manager. They also publish articles and white papers regularly, and getting a new piece live had to be a routine step, not a project.
What we built
A custom-coded website that replaced WordPress entirely.
- A dedicated page for each solution: SYSPRO ERP, shop floor scheduling, AGx, Tempo inventory planning, Tempo Action Dashboards, CuroQuip, RightSCAN and business intelligence
- An enquiry form on every solution page. Each enquiry is emailed to the team and logged in a shared spreadsheet, along with the campaign that brought the visitor in
- An articles archive and a white-paper library, published straight from the content repository with no CMS logins or plugins
- Old WordPress addresses redirected to their new pages, so existing search rankings and shared links keep working
- Structured data for the business, its services, its software products and its FAQs, so search engines and AI assistants can read who Lancea is and what they sell
Why it matters
Business software is a considered purchase, and buyers do their homework before they speak to anyone. A site that explains each product properly, and keeps publishing useful thinking, is doing sales work the whole time.
Because every enquiry arrives with its source attached, Lancea can see which campaigns bring in real conversations and put the budget there.
